Founded in 2013, Skedulo is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in San Francisco and with offices in Australia, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom looking for an Account Development Representative who is a highly driven and motivated sales professionals with strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join the Account Development team. If you are a hard-driving sales professional looking to join the leader in mobile workforce management space, this is for you. You’ll key role within Skedulo to help generate new business all while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Skedulo builds deskless productivity software for the 80% of global workers who don’t work in a traditional office setting. From employees in fixed location facilities to mobile field workers on the frontline, deskless workers number 2.7 billion worldwide. Our platform helps enterprises intelligently manage, schedule, dispatch, and support deskless workers on the go, whether they are full-time, part-time, or contract employees. DHL, Sunrun, The American Red Cross and hundreds of other organizations have used Skedulo’s Deskless Productivity Cloud to book over 5M appointments worldwide. The company has secured over $40 million in funding to date, led by Microsoft’s venture firm M12, Costanoa Ventures, and Blackbird.

As an Account Development Representative, you’ll find yourself working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive Pipeline growth and become an integral part of Skedulo’s success in 2021. You will be able to use modern tools and processes to hone your skills and have opportunities to mentor and lead while you rapidly develop professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Executive team to develop a targeted prospecting strategy based on assigned territories
  • Manage daily balance of Inbound and Outbound prospecting
  • Research and build out new and existing accounts, engaging in traditional and non-traditional outreach strategies
  • Evangelize Skedulo’s Mobile Workforce Management vision, being able to articulate how Skedulo can solve complex scheduling and mobility challenges for our prospects
  • Create high quality meetings for assigned Account Executives, quality Pipeline from those meeting to regularly meet and exceed monthly expectations
  • Share insights from prospect calls to inform other stakeholders on potential opportunities to better our product and customer experience

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least 2+ years experience in SaaS or other selling related roles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Partner with the Account Executive team to develop a targeted prospecting strategy based on assigned territories
  • Manage daily balance of Inbound and Outbound prospecting
  • Research and build out new and existing accounts, engaging in traditional and non-traditional outreach strategies
  • Evangelize Skedulo’s Mobile Workforce Management vision, being able to articulate how Skedulo can solve complex scheduling and mobility challenges for our prospects
  • Create high quality meetings for assigned Account Executives, quality Pipeline from those meeting to regularly meet and exceed monthly expectations
  • Share insights from prospect calls to inform other stakeholders on potential opportunities to better our product and customer experience
  • Experience using Salesforce (CRM) is a plus
