Our team is remote throughout the continental United States. However, we have offices in Salt Lake City, UT and Austin, TX. In joining our team, you will work with those who carry a deep background and experience growing a product that defines how employees use social media platforms at work.

You have the experience necessary to:

  • Manage and optimize AdWords campaigns
  • Set up and manage all paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Optimize and building out account-based marketing ad campaigns
  • Perform daily bids, budget, and creative optimizations to meet growth targets
  • Adjust and improve targeting and experiences of those viewing the ads
  • Continually test and learn across audiences, bidding strategies, creative and channel-specific tactics
  • Utilize and set up various ad techniques like remarketing, display, video, etc.
  • Analyze campaign results, identifying actionable opportunities (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc) to improve performance and scale
  • Present daily performance for upper and lower funnel metrics
  • Monitor campaign budgets and report out performance to key stakeholders
  • Analyze and discover new paid channels to grow the business
  • A/B test ad copies, landing pages, bidding, and campaigns
  • Maintain the ad budget and providing detailed ad reports
  • Understand cost implications and monitoring CPAs & CAC
  • Manage where budget should be spent and analyzing the best platforms
  • Work with department leads to ensure alignment with goals, brand voice, and customer journey


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in paid advertising, paid social, or ABM roles
  • Experience managing six-figure to seven-figure ad budgets
  • Extensive experience in SaaS and/or B2B
  • Copywriting or content marketing experience a plus
  • Proficiency with AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • Experience with ABM Platforms (Terminus, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Additional ad knowledge of platforms like Quora, Reddit, Instagram
  • Takes a creative, conversational, and analytical approach to advertising
  • Stays ahead of marketing trends and industry developments
  • Any certifications a bonus, but not required (AdWords, ABM, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities
