We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, data-driven Manager, Partner Marketing to join Zapier’s marketing team. Zapier is on a mission to help everyone be more productive. Over 4.5+ million professionals already use Zapier to save time at work, but there are millions more to reach and educate!
Reporting in to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs on the Integrated Marketing team, the Manager, Partner Marketing will be instrumental in setting strategy, building partner campaigns and go to market structure, and making Zapier both attractive to partners and to partners’ users. This is a critical role that will help shape how we attract, acquire, retain, and build our relationship with Partners!

You have a passion for partners. You have 7+ years working in marketing, partner management, or a related field, such as growth marketing, with demonstrated progression in roles of increasing scope/responsibility. Ideally you’ve worked in market.
You’re a big picture thinker who can flex seamlessly between strategy and execution. You are able to build strategy, drive execution on campaigns, and deliver meaningful impact. You are focused on helping Zapier win over the long term. You comfortably navigate across various channels of partner engagement and design appropriate solutions for a multitude of partners. You truly feel ownership over the partner’s success with Zapier and their users’ experiences - demonstrating strategic advocacy and being “all in” on helping to develop, influence, and measure execution.
You’ve established multi-channel marketing goals, assets, and deliverables to accelerate partner growth and user acquisition.
You are comfortable with complex challenges ranging from testing new channels and attribution to driving campaigns to accelerate partner growth. You utilize a data driven approach to establish meaningful plans and focus on what matters to test and develop hands on campaigns.
You’re a problem solver at heart. You are a hypothesis driven problem solver who tests theories with data and can identify and balance tradeoffs to actions. You know how to pull insights from data and develop a framework to help build programs from learnings.
You’re committed to being an awesome teammate. You love to work with cross discipline marketing and stakeholder teams to drive planning, partner focused marketing plans, and deliver world class programs. You can effectively build relationships across the organization as an advocate for partners, while pushing key initiatives and bringing the organization along on the journey.
You’re analytically driven. Passion for shaping analysis that unearths key learnings to drive organization-wide decision making. You are able to frame your solutions for others and turn your approach into organizational philosophy, driving broader market analysis and a scalable approach to drive execution.
