We’re looking for someone to help us expand our amazing team as a recruiter. This role has been owned by various Savvy team members to this point but there’s been no dedicated role. So, whoever takes it on will have a major impact on the next stage of Savvy’s growth. You’ll have the opportunity to build on our successes as well as create new ones yourself.
Our company is known for little to no attrition; we had a streak of 0% over three years. We are looking for someone who can break the traditional recruiting agency model of “putting people in seats,” to finding not only the best talent but those who align with Savvy’s “Guiding Principles.” Quality for us is much more important than quantity. We’ve grown slowly and strategically in our 10+ years in business.
Although it’s open to discussion, we’re considering this position to be salaried. You won’t be compensated to rush candidates into open roles. Your motivation is to find people—and keep them—in the Savvy family.
